King Abd Al-Aziz bin Saud (commonly referred to as Ibn Saud) united Saudi Arabia in 1902 when he united it under his father-in-law King Abd Al-Aziz bin Saud from Riyadh son of a Bedouin sheikh and leader of an influential Saudi Arabian tribe οΈ πΈπ¦.
Through his leadership, bravery, and cunning, Ibn Saud gradually acquired control of much of the Arabian Peninsula . By 1913 he had conquered Riyadh and much of the Nejd region, including the cities of Jizan, and Al-Hasa .
