No Afghanistan Is Not in Saudi Arabia
Afghanistan is a landlocked country situated in Central Asia bordered by Pakistan to the south and east Iran to the west Turkmenistan Uzbekistan and Tajikistan to the north as well as China on its northeast ️ 🇹🇯 🇵🇰 🇮🇷 🇹🇲 🇨🇳 🔛 🇺🇿. With an estimated 38 million citizens living there in one of the world’s poorest nations – Kabul is its capital city; Pashto serves as its official language 🌍 1️⃣.
Saudi Arabia is located in Western Asia’s Arabian Peninsula 🇸🇦. It borders Jordan Iraq and Kuwait as well as Qatar Kuwait Bahrain Bahrain Qatar, Oman, Oman, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Qatar 🇰🇼 🇧🇭 🇯🇴 🇶🇦 🇮🇶. The country is home to approximately 33 million people, and it’s one of the most wealthy countries worldwide. Saudi Arabia’s capital is Riyadh and the official language of Saudi Arabian is Arabic.
Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia share a long history and cultural ties, but the two nations are geographically very far apart 🇸🇦 ️ 2️⃣. The two countries are located on two different continents, with Afghanistan in Central Asia, and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia also have different cultures and political systems with Afghanistan having a more traditional tribal-based culture and Saudi Arabia having more of a modern monarchical system of government 🇸🇦 ️ 🇦🇫.
Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia share strong economic and trade ties, despite their geographical separation 🇸🇦. Saudi Arabia which provides aid through the Saudi Fund for Development is the largest source of assistance for Afghanistan. Saudi Arabia is also home to a large number of Afghan refugees 🇸🇦 ️. There are currently over 3 million Afghans living in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦.
In addition to trade and economic ties, Afghanistan, and Saudi Arabia also have important diplomatic relations. Afghanistan is a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) an intergovernmental organization composed of 57 Muslim-majority countries and Saudi Arabia plays a major role in the organization 🇸🇦 ️ 🇦🇫. Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan also maintain diplomatic missions in each other’s capitals and work together on a number of international issues 🇸🇦 ️ 🌏 🇦🇫 🔛.
Overall it is clear that although Afghanis and Saudi Arabians share close ties and histories Afghanistan is not in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 🇦🇫. The two countries are geographically distant, have different political systems, and cultures, and maintain strong economic, and diplomatic relations. !! .
